You won't be passed from 'advisor' to 'advisor' or shuffled between departments you'll deal solely with one person who will take the time to get to know you and understand your needs, your not talking to a technician, being referred to a senior technician than maybe a system administrator, etc. Your talking to the head of technical support everytime you get in touch, some people may think you can't buy hosting like that I'm please to say you can.
You don't have to worry that there's some sixteen year old sitting in bed room fronting this, I have both Bachelors of science and a Masters degree along with over 10 years technical experience with mission critical systems in Investment Banking.
