Please note this page is in response to the webstatic crisis. I really thought at this start I would have an order form, but I've been so busy helping people, we're on our second server alread, I haven't had time, proper order form to come.
Not an ex-webstatic customer, simply email the package you want and your domain name to support@redfurredbear.com (your account will be setup within 12 hours and you'll be invoiced, you can pay by debit or credit card, all transaction are handled by paypal for your security and you don't need to have a paypal account)

We can just fire off a 'help me' email but it will greatly speed up things if your domain is still active, if you include the following, anything you don't know the answer too just say, and I can work from there:
Your domain name
Link you use access your control panel
Username you use to access your control panel
Password you use to access your control panel
Do you have access to your domain name register, i.e. can you change where you domain name servers point to (if you have no idea what this means answer no)
For each email account
user name e.g. <your username>@<your domain>.<extension>
Email password
For each FTP account
User Name
Password
For each database user
User Name
Password
Database assigned to
